Modalities
Nykala primarily utilizes a cognitive behavioral therapy approach. This modality aims to raise awareness of how perceptions feed beliefs and behaviors then modify them to meet goals. Nykala is also trained in EMDR, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy and is well versed in many other approaches.
Personal Statement
It can be hard to reach out for help, but it can also be the thing that will benefit you the most. It takes more strength than we realize to do just that and I encourage you to take that initial step towards positive change.
